About the role
Join Accor as a Recreation Attendant and provide warm, engaging, and locally authentic service to guests using the pool and beach facilities. You will work in a luxury, upscale environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with guests, issue towels, chaise lounge covers, and assist with set‑up of lounge and cabana areas.
- Collect and remove used towels and debris from pool decks throughout the day.
- Maintain pool cleanliness, set‑up, and ambiance to create a positive first impression.
- Promote and up‑sell wellness and recreation services to maximize revenue.
- Perform opening and closing duties, adhere to fire and life‑safety procedures, and maintain personal appearance standards.
