Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Riyadh office. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of positions across our construction, engineering and fire‑safety businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of job requisition intake, write and post accurate job ads.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding in collaboration with HR and line managers.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labour regulations.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent‑acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering or safety‑focused sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in HR software tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
