Recruiter – Heavy Equipment & Construction Machinery

About the role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Recruiter to strengthen its HR team in Riyadh. The role focuses on attracting top talent for the heavy equipment and construction machinery sector across technical, sales, engineering, and service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical, sales, engineering and service positions.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for the heavy equipment and construction machinery industry.
• Demonstrated ability to handle full‑cycle hiring for technical, sales, engineering and service roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi labour market.
