Recruiter – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our international team based in Saudi Arabia. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent across global markets and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using direct sourcing, headhunting, recruitment platforms and networking.
• Conduct candidate research, maintain accurate pipelines, and keep recruitment data up‑to‑date in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure consistent interview processes and provide hiring guidance.
• Support hiring for both technical and non‑technical functions, adapting sourcing strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Required skills

• Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and related technical terminology.
