Recruitment Coordinator – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to lead the full‑cycle hiring process for priority positions in Riyadh. You will partner with hiring managers, drive candidate sourcing across multiple channels, and ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for designated roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other channels to meet weekly outreach targets.
• Screen resumes, shortlist qualified applicants and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular status updates.
• Track recruiting performance, generate reports and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with HR policies and local regulations.
• Champion a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to meet weekly sourcing and hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn and job board platforms for sourcing.
• Ability to generate and interpret recruiting metrics reports.
