Recruitment & Employer Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment & Employer Engagement Specialist to drive the placement of graduates from our training‑to‑employment program. You will act as the bridge between our graduates and employers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ensuring a smooth hiring journey from opportunity identification to post‑placement support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, HR and Talent Acquisition teams in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Identify suitable vacancies, especially in technology, programming, digital, IT, cybersecurity, data, and QA.
• Match graduates with appropriate roles based on skills, qualifications, interests, and readiness.
• Coordinate referrals, applications, interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Provide graduates with CV reviews, interview preparation, mock interviews, and guidance on employer expectations.
• Represent the program at employer meetings, career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate records of employers, vacancies, candidates, interviews, offers, placements, and retention metrics.
• Track placement KPIs, identify challenges, and implement actions to meet employment targets.
• Conduct post‑placement follow‑up and support 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day retention checks.
• Prepare regular reports on vacancies, recruitment progress, placements, and retention outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Career Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, job placement, employer engagement, or workforce development.
• Proven ability to build employer relationships and generate job opportunities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate‑matching processes.
• Experience in the Saudi and/or Bahrain labor market is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technology or digital roles is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain as required.
