Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager leads the end‑to‑end talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This senior HR professional develops strategic hiring plans, builds the employer brand, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Source and nurture talent pipelines across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, universities and agencies.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding – while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and promote the employer brand in collaboration with marketing, and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing training on best practices and diversity hiring.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and diversity policies, prepare recruitment reports and manage recruitment budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in high‑volume hiring and specialized talent acquisition for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
