Recruitment Manager – Saudi National Only

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the full talent acquisition strategy for FAENA The Red Sea’s new hotel property in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role partners with department heads to build high‑performing teams while delivering an engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual recruitment strategy aligned with business needs, pre‑opening plans and Saudization targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles using social media, career fairs and industry networking.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and quality of hire, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law.
• Collaborate with Government Relations, People Operations and Training teams to ensure smooth visa processing and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, Saudization regulations and proven ability to meet nationalisation targets.
• Established network within the Saudi talent market and educational institutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically SmartRecruiters.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation abilities.
