Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the talent acquisition function for a confidential client in Riyadh. This full‑time permanent role will shape the company’s workforce strategy, ensuring a pipeline of top‑tier talent that aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing recruitment team.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networks, social media, and industry events.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, produce regular performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal policies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Champion a world‑class candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or senior talent acquisition professional.
• Deep knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
