Recruitment Specialist – Riyadh (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for our head office and project sites in Riyadh. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating offers and supporting Saudization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for head office and project sites, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and site roles.
• Support Saudization (Nitaqat) targets through local talent sourcing.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding documents, and Qiwa contract steps with GR.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and report on hiring KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in construction or engineering in KSA/GCC.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of KSA labor law, Qiwa, and Nitaqat is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Organized, fast‑paced, and comfortable handling high volumes.
