Regional Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Regional Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function across multiple markets from Jeddah, partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance, strategic growth and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional financial strategy, overseeing accounting, controlling, treasury, budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Provide senior leaders with financial insights to support investment, expansion and major business decisions.
• Build and strengthen regional finance capabilities, processes and controls.
• Ensure high standards of financial governance, regulatory compliance and risk management across the organisation.

Required profile

• Arabic speakers highly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive finance experience with significant regional and leadership exposure.
• Proven track record leading finance functions across multiple countries in a complex organisation.
• Strong experience in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Extensive background in accounting, controlling, treasury, cash management and financial governance.
• Deep understanding of P&L management, working capital, cost optimisation and financial risk.
• Ability to act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership.
• Experience building high‑performing regional finance teams.
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
