Regional Credit Controller (KSA Nationals Only)

About the role

The Regional Credit Controller will oversee Accounts Receivable and credit control activities across the assigned region, ensuring effective working capital management, timely collections, and accurate customer account maintenance. The role works closely with sales, commercial finance, and regional teams to drive collection performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Accounts Receivable and credit control processes for the region, supervising branch accounting teams.
• Monitor outstanding balances, overdue invoices, returns, and credit notes; resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct weekly AR meetings with sales to review ageing reports and set collection action plans.
• Prepare collection forecasts and monthly targets in coordination with sales.
• Visit key customers to support collections, resolve account issues, and strengthen relationships.
• Ensure completion of customer Balance Confirmations and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Oversee customer master data creation and validation.
• Allocate payments accurately, follow FIFO principles, and track pending credit notes.
• Coordinate monthly bank reconciliations and resolve unposted payments.
• Support internal controls, audits, and compliance with Saudi financial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, customer reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Experience managing regional operations and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
