Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities across our operations in Riyadh and the wider region. The role partners with business leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for regional and critical positions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and project teams.
• Drive employee relations, HR policies, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Provide HR insights and support business decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in EPC, infrastructure, energy, construction, engineering, real estate, data centre or OEM sectors.
• Strong combination of HR Business Partner and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing regional or multi‑location HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• MBA or PGDM in HR.
