Regional Sales Manager – Data Loss Prevention

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of GTB Technologies’ Data Loss Prevention (DLP) portfolio across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role combines consultative selling with deep knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and Saudi regulatory requirements such as PDPL, NCA ECC, and NDMO.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve sales targets for the DLP portfolio in enterprise and government accounts.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through direct outreach, partner channels, and marketing leads.
• Conduct consultative engagements to identify data protection challenges and map them to regulatory drivers.
• Develop account plans, proposals, BOQs, and respond to RFPs and tenders in coordination with presales.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations and product positioning for CISOs, IT Directors, and compliance stakeholders.
• Manage competitive positioning against other DLP vendors and coordinate POC scoping with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM reporting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners and system integrators across KSA.
• Represent the company at industry events and cybersecurity conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution selling, preferably with a consulting or presales background.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity, data protection or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of Saudi data‑protection regulations (PDPL, NDMO, NCA ECC/DCC‑1).
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Valid KSA residency (Iqama) with transferable sponsorship or Saudi nationality.
