Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Frost is seeking a full‑time Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia. You will create and execute marketing plans, develop sales strategies, analyse market trends and ensure sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement regional marketing and sales plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets and track performance against targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate a regional sales team.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and manage key accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate sales reports.
• Present proposals and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• MBA or related advanced degree (preferred).
• 8‑10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in regional or territory sales management.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting and budget management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
• Analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and competitive landscape.
• Effective time‑management, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and strong relationship‑building capabilities.
