Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Frost is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Saudi Arabia. The role involves creating and executing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, analysing market trends and achieving sales targets. The position is full‑time and hybrid based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional marketing and sales plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Lead, coach and motivate a regional sales team.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets and conduct competitive analysis.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and manage key accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and performance reports.

Required profile

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree (preferred).
• 8‑10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Demonstrated regional or territory sales management experience.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting and budget management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and competitive landscape.
• Effective time‑management, presentation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Resilience, adaptability and strong relationship‑building skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
