Regional Sales Manager - KSA & Bahrain

About the role

Winters Instruments is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead its instrumentation business across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The role focuses on expanding market share in water, wastewater, and industrial sectors while upholding the company’s core values in every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new customers such as water and wastewater contractors, EPC firms, utilities, and oil & gas end‑users.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan in partnership with the Vice President, targeting sales and branding objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and channel partners, providing technical and sales support as needed.
• Set sales budgets for regional distributors, monitor performance, and conduct joint sales calls.
• Deliver product knowledge and training seminars for distributors, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare quarterly sales reviews and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or technical diploma in instrumentation (considered an asset).
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales or sales management experience in instrumentation or a related field.
• Strong network and deep understanding of water, wastewater, and industrial markets in KSA and Bahrain.
• Willingness to travel frequently and ability to lead a sales team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
