Regional Sales & Marketing Representative – MENA & Africa

About the role

Lexar is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales & Marketing Representative to lead brand building across the MENA and Africa region. You will act as the single point of contact in your country, mapping distributors, resellers and influencers, and creating campaigns that drive loyalty to Lexar products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a live database of ICT distributors, system integrators, e‑commerce sellers, photography stores and gaming lounges.
• Score, prioritize and onboard partners; negotiate first purchase orders and 90‑day sell‑out plans.
• Translate the global SKU roadmap into a local assortment plan, including pricing, margin, bundles and warranty.
• Train partners on Lexar versus competitors and develop battle‑cards and FAQ sheets.
• Plan and execute quarterly channel campaigns, in‑store POS, incentives and events such as trade‑shows, photography walks and gaming tournaments.
• Set monthly sell‑in and sell‑out targets, track inventory turns and pipeline, and run weekly QBRs with top accounts.
• Provide concise English weekly KPI recaps and maintain CRM data in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of sales or marketing experience in consumer tech, mobile, IT or FMCG.
• Fluent in English and local language(s); driver’s licence and willingness to travel domestically 2–3 days per week.
• Already based in the country of application with strong local market knowledge.
• Additional Arabic or French language skills are a plus.
• Interest in photography, gaming or content creation is desirable.
