Remote Customer Support Specialist (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist who will provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic (and English if required).
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers through solutions.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams and handle complaints with empathy.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and good English skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and patience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from a remote location.
