About the role
Join our growing team as a Remote Human Resources Assistant. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, help onboard and offboard employees, and keep our employee records accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records across HR systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and scheduling.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and internal communications.
- Respond to basic HR inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, documentation standards, and data‑privacy requirements.
- Organize and manage digital HR files using standardized naming and filing systems.
- Monitor HR workflows, identify delays or gaps, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain HR trackers and provide regular updates on task progress.
- Assist with audit preparation by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.
Required profile
- High level of accuracy when handling employee data and documentation.
- Strict confidentiality and responsible handling of sensitive information.
- Consistent productivity and timely task completion.
- Clear, professional communication with regular status updates.
- Strong organizational skills across systems, files, and trackers.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
