Rental Fleet Coordinator

About the role

ABIS is looking for a detail-oriented Rental Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate its rental fleet operations. The coordinator handles rental agreements, tracks rental assets, works with suppliers and clients, and ensures timely delivery and return of rental equipment, while helping optimize fleet utilization and keeping accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rental fleet activities, including scheduling, delivery and pickup of rental equipment
• Manage rental contracts and ensure compliance with their terms and conditions
• Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal departments to keep rental operations running smoothly
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, usage and status
• Track equipment performance and report issues or damage
• Ensure operations follow company policies, safety standards and contractual obligations
• Help resolve rental disputes or discrepancies quickly
• Prepare reports on fleet utilization, costs and performance metrics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in rental fleet coordination or asset management
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and deliver good customer service

Required skills

• Proficiency in fleet management and rental software systems
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance for fleet operations
