Resellers Area Manager

About the role

The Resellers Area Manager will lead the reseller sales function for a defined geographic area, ensuring the implementation of strategic plans, achieving sales targets and driving profitability for Mobily.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of plans and strategies for reseller sales to maximize current and future sales.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as defined in the budget.
• Drive sales initiatives and campaigns that generate high profit margins from franchise partners.
• Monitor market performance, flag variances early and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing support to resellers and act as primary point of contact for performance monitoring.
• Address customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee accounting and logistical coordination to improve reseller sales efficiency.
• Prepare reports and documentation to enhance product offerings and business processes.
• Conduct sample checks for data entry accuracy and compliance with sales policies.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across services.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Experience coordinating and supervising direct reports to achieve sector objectives.
• Ability to set goals, cascade objectives and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Proven capability to develop team members and manage performance against KPIs.
