Reservation Agent (Saudis Only)

About the role

The Reservation Agent will handle incoming hotel reservations, ensuring accurate data entry, optimal room inventory, and high guest satisfaction. This position works under the direction of the Space Controller and is part of the Tamayyaz Nationalisation Development Program, targeting Saudi talent in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls courteously and record reservation details accurately.
• Identify and code group and transient bookings, VIP arrivals, and commissionable reservations.
• Process deposits, special billing instructions, and credit approvals in coordination with the Space Controller.
• Maintain systematic filing of reservations and support inventory control for maximum occupancy.
• Assist in preparing four‑day forecasts, VIP lists, and apply yield‑management and up‑selling techniques.

Required profile

• Saudi national (Saudis Only) with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and ability to follow hotel guidelines.
• Understanding of confidentiality, health‑and‑safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Willingness to work under the Space Controller’s direction and collaborate with other departments.
