Reservations Agent – Saudi Talent

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for a passionate Reservations Agent to join its Saudi Talent team. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking rooms, ensuring a seamless and memorable reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations received via phone, letter, fax or email.
• Enter all reservation details into the system, maintaining accurate records.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and special requests related to reservations.
• Stay updated on hotel promotions and apply rate management guidelines.
• Maintain a filing system for correspondence and generate reports for the Reservations Manager.
• Answer incoming calls and emails according to Rotana standards.
• Organise visa requests for guests and identify up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations (minimum 1 month).
• Computer literate with strong written and oral English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, courteous and able to work independently within a structured environment.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability and responsibility.
