Reservations and Communication Centre Agent

About the role

The Reservations and Communication Centre Agent at a Radisson hotel in Riyadh handles reservation enquiries by phone, email and online channels, processes bookings and supports the front office. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to reservation enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Process new bookings, modifications and cancellations accurately in the reservation system.
• Record guest details, special requests and payment information correctly.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell room categories and packages to maximise revenue.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of the hotel, room types, rates and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales and Revenue departments.
• Follow up on tentative and group bookings to ensure conversion and accuracy.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and help update occupancy forecasts.
• Keep guest information confidential and follow company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, problem-solving, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems such as Opera, Fidelio or similar PMS.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
