Restaurant Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in a high‑traffic hotel environment. You will ensure seamless service, uphold sanitation standards, and support the team during peak periods while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars and room service.
• Maintain service quality, sanitation, and compliance with local food‑handling and liquor regulations.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and cost‑management to meet financial targets.
• Develop and deliver training programs, coach staff, and handle scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team, manage operations, and meet service standards.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, safety, and local liquor laws.
