About the role

Our client, a growing hospitality company in Jeddah, is expanding its team to deliver premium coffee, fresh bakery products, and high‑quality service. We are hiring for several on‑site positions including Reception/Host, Captain, Specialty Coffee Barista, Pastry Chef Assistant, and Bakery Assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Reception/Host: greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Captain: supervise floor operations, support service staff, and maintain service standards in a busy coffee shop.
• Barista: prepare espresso drinks, create latte art, and uphold specialty coffee standards.
• Pastry Chef Assistant: assist in pastry preparation, dessert production, and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Bakery Assistant: support dough preparation, baking, and pastry production for daily bakery operations.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience preferred for front‑of‑house roles.
• Experience in coffee preparation or bakery operations for specialist positions.
• Strong communication skills and a presentable appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
