Retail Manager – Shiseido (Riyadh)

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead Shiseido’s retail performance in Riyadh, driving sell‑out growth and ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain and finance. You will be the key driver of market presence, revenue sustainability and operational excellence for a leading luxury beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sell‑out targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Lead brand and trade‑marketing activations, launches, visibility initiatives and planogram compliance.
• Track market share, ranking and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Manage SISO processes and participate in forecasting cycles.
• Drive topline growth through effective door management and channel development.
• Conduct regular sell‑out performance reviews and report market trends.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the sell‑out team (SS & BC), ensuring productivity and continuous development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management within luxury or beauty sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
