The Retail Operations Manager will lead daily retail activities across our client’s stores in Dammam and Makkah, ensuring efficient and high‑performing operations. This position is central to driving performance, compliance and continuous improvement within a leading Saudi retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations across multiple locations, monitoring day‑to‑day activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Track performance metrics, identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to retail staff to foster a high‑performance culture.
