Retail Operations Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Lead multi‑store retail operations across Saudi Arabia, driving sales, profitability, customer experience and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across stores.
• Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Drive optical excellence, including eye‑testing quality and customer experience.
• Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.
• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.
• Support new store openings, expansion, and location development.
• Ensure regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.
• Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of retail operations experience, preferably in optical/eyewear.
• Proven multi‑store/multi‑city experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated track record in sales and team leadership.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field.
