Retail Supervisor - Beauty

About the role

The Retail Supervisor – Beauty will support Store Directors and Managers in Riyadh to maximise commercial performance and deliver an exceptional guest experience across the beauty retail network of Chalhoub Group.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between back‑office functions and the network of stores, auditing performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure brand strategy is understood and cascaded throughout the store network.
• Implement marketing and CX programmes in collaboration with the Marketing team, respecting brand guidelines and market specifications.
• Monitor sales figures, stock levels (sell‑out) and manage potential shortages, reviewing orders and informing the merchandising team.
• Record, monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities, providing quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Define sales targets for team members, track performance and deliver recommendations to commercial leadership.
• Manage resources within budget guidelines and provide prompt, accurate information to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand strategy and ability to communicate it across a retail network.
• Experience in retail supervision, sales analysis and inventory management.
• Ability to work closely with Marketing, Merchandising and Commercial teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying market trends and competitor actions.
• Excellent reporting skills with a focus on data‑driven recommendations.
