Revenue Management Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Management Specialist will support Mobily by monitoring financial performance, analysing variances and providing actionable insights to senior management. This role ensures accurate reporting, compliance with accounting standards and continuous improvement of revenue processes.

Key responsibilities

• Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
• Monitor and highlight deviations against set targets and plans, ensuring appropriate performance measures.
• Analyse data promptly to reflect current business situations, identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Build and maintain a financial database, verifying sources and structuring data for modelling.
• Prepare and present reports, summaries and recommendations to overcome revenue deterrents and achieve targets.
• Review, analyse and manage key controls within the wholesale domain to ensure accounting compliance.
• Understand systems, transaction flows and internal controls to recommend efficiency improvements.
• Assist with periodic audit schedules and deferred revenue reports for internal and external reporting.
• Perform monthly account analyses and reconciliations, including deferred revenue and accounts receivable.
• Continuously develop systems, instructions, models and templates for management reporting and planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis and revenue management.
• Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends and communicate findings.
• Attention to detail in preparing reports, reconciliations and audit documentation.
