Revenue Manager – Hotel Portfolio

About the role

EWAA Hotels, a leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a strategic Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across its portfolio of hotels and resorts. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations to optimise pricing, distribution and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for rooms, conference facilities and ancillary services.
• Analyse booking patterns, market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Manage distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS and direct bookings, ensuring rate parity.
• Lead yield and strategy meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate rate structures.
• Utilise the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) to maximise performance.
• Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting and pricing.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or related field (preferred).
• Experience in the Saudi or broader Middle‑East market is a plus.
