About the role

The RPA Quality & Monitoring Senior Specialist supports the effective operation of robotic process automation solutions by tracking bot performance, analysing exceptions, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This role drives continuous improvement to enhance automation efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and availability of RPA bots and automated processes.
• Analyse automation failures, recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Review automation reports and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with RPA development and support teams to resolve incidents.
• Support testing and validation activities for new or enhanced automation solutions.
• Prepare periodic performance and exception reports for management review.
• Ensure day‑to‑day RPA operations run as intended.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for processes and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in RPA operations monitoring or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
