SaaS Channel Partnership Manager

About the role

In this key position, you will lead the development and growth of channel partnerships, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances to expand market reach for a fast‑growing Saudi SaaS start‑up focused on e‑signatures and digital agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and vendors, positioning the e‑signature solution as a preferred offering.
• Develop strategic alliances with government entities, professional networks, industry associations and other organisations.
• Collaborate with partners to map accounts, identify opportunities and align joint sales strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between enterprise sales teams and channel partners to capture opportunities.
• Deliver training, tools and ongoing support to enable partners to sell and implement the solution.
• Define and monitor partner KPIs, provide feedback and manage performance.
• Analyse market trends, identify new partnership opportunities and lead negotiations while ensuring contract compliance.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports and strategic insights to senior leadership and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in channel sales, partnership management or a related role within enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology.
• Strong ability to build, manage and sustain professional business relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams.
