Sales Accountant – Saudi National

About the role

The Sales Accountant will ensure accurate recording of sales‑related financial transactions and support the sales team with finance‑related matters. This position is open to Saudi nationals only and reports to the finance line manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable: prepare customer statements, reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Allocate customer payments to the correct contracts and verify contracts and payments before approving shipments.
• Handle revenue recognition and invoicing for machine and part product lines, ensuring timely and accurate issuance.
• Operate SAP for end‑to‑end e‑invoicing, perform error checks and maintain data integrity.
• Oversee customer return procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support credit insurance accounting tasks and assist other departments in resolving finance‑related issues.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments as directed by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of general ledger accounting experience in a large or medium‑sized enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of national fiscal and tax regulations and enterprise financial systems.
• Ability to work independently and conduct financial analysis.
