Sales Advisor 1

About the role

The Sales Advisor 1 will support the sales function for the Toyota and accessories portfolio in Riyadh. You will work closely with customers to meet monthly sales targets while upholding the company’s standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for Toyota vehicles and accessories.
• Process customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage delivery information.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure high satisfaction scores.
• Follow Sales and Compliance SOPs and deliver vehicles on time.
• Complete product‑knowledge and soft‑skill training courses.
• Engage customers directly to identify needs and recommend appropriate products.

Required profile

• Ability to work towards defined sales targets and monthly supervision metrics.
• Proactive attitude in handling customer complaints and delivering solutions.
• Commitment to company mission, vision, values, and standard operating procedures.
• Limited authority to grant discounts as per policy.
