About the role
The Sales and Marketing Officer promotes and offers catering and facility services to industrial clients. The role covers identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, preparing sales proposals and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and generate leads
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and participate in industry events
- Negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in catering, hospitality or facility management, preferably industrial catering
- Experience with industrial clients and knowledge of the Saudi market preferred
- Arabic and English are a plus
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
