About the role
An urgent long‑term opening exists for a Sales Executive focused on manpower sales with a reputable organization in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role involves generating new leads for major industrial clients, building strong relationships, and supporting overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new manpower sales leads in SABIC, ARAMCO, and other industrial plants.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and support business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
Required profile
- MBA from a recognized institute.
- 4–5 years of experience in manpower sales.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical or power‑plant sectors.
- Strong exposure to SABIC and ARAMCO clients, preferably with KSA experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads, handle clients, and achieve sales targets.
