Sales Assistant – Customer Support & Logistics

About the role

GFS Express is seeking a full‑time Sales Assistant to join its Riyadh office. You will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads and existing accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on shipping, storage, and customs services.
• Prepare and issue quotations, track leads, and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure service delivery.
• Maintain and update sales records, organized files, and CRM data.
• Generate regular sales reports and assist in scheduling meetings and client visits.
• Proactively communicate with customers to identify opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Effective communication abilities to present services clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing documentation and schedules.
• Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or related services is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills
