About the role
Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate and become the ultimate champion of customer service standards. You will help customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience while supporting store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through creative selling techniques.
- Utilise thorough product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and replenishment.
- Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
- Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- 1‑2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
