Sales Associate – Homeware Division (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate for the Homeware Division of SARA Group, representing the Villeroy & Boch brand. The role focuses on delivering a personalized customer experience while promoting luxurious tableware, gifting items and unique home décor across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets and support overall store objectives.
• Provide an authentic, personalized experience to every customer.
• Ensure the store operates in line with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate on merchandising, visual displays and store upkeep.
• Share customer insights and product feedback with the team.
• Contribute creative marketing ideas to drive footfall and sales.
• Motivate the team and foster a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of sales experience or a recent graduate with strong sales passion.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine, customer‑focused attitude.
• High energy, confidence and enthusiasm for retail environments.
• Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
