Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. You will work closely with the store manager and assistant manager to ensure the store meets visual and operational standards while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge across all brand lines for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds, and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Uphold store security, loss‑prevention policies, and confidentiality of sales data.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including extended hours during sales periods.

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to follow the GUEST selling methodology.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, and during peak sales events.
