Sales Associate - Training & Professional Certifications

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to promote and sell our portfolio of training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions. You will identify prospective clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into confirmed enrollments while working towards defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell training programs, certifications, and learning solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and databases.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups to convert opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate training pathways.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with existing and new clients, supporting renewals and cross‑selling.
• Track individual performance and work towards team sales KPIs.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with at least 12 months of sales experience.
• Proactive approach to client outreach and lead generation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand client needs.
• Commercially minded and comfortable engaging with individuals and organisations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
