Sales Consultant – Business Setup & HR Services

About the role

PROVEN is looking for a results‑driven Sales Consultant to promote and sell company formation, post‑incorporation and business support services to new and existing clients in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through business setup, compliance and immigration services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, networking and online platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs to uncover sales opportunities.
• Represent PROVEN at meetings, events, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up leads and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Guide clients on required documentation for company formation, licensing, visa support and HR services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in business setup or corporate services.
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude with strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi government and corporate processes.
