Sales Consultant (Female) – KSA National

About the role

The Sales Consultant will promote the training academy’s programmes to individual learners across Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on generating new business, building lasting relationships, and ensuring that students receive solutions that match their development needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential individuals for the academy’s training programmes.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking.
• Research prospective students to understand their specific training and development requirements.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of programme offerings, highlighting relevance to each learner.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements and close sales successfully.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programme delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
• Provide post‑sales support, maintain strong customer relationships, and encourage repeat business.
• Handle class coordination and respond to student queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Deep understanding of the academy’s programmes and their alignment with student needs.
• Knowledge of training and development programmes and their impact on individuals and organisations.
