Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Commercial and the sales team to generate business for the hotel, supporting the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets. This role involves prospecting, client interaction, proposal preparation and coordination of events and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, conduct surveys and build prospect lists.
• Contact clients by phone or meetings to understand their needs.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and pro‑forma invoices.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries and provide service and pricing information.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate hotel services and oversee bookings.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor service quality and handle customer issues.
• Negotiate prices on behalf of management to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Process customized service requests and coordinate event logistics such as catering, lodging and seating.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, gather feedback and explore future business opportunities.
