Sales Development Representative – Enterprise (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Deel is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help expand its footprint in Saudi Arabia. You will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities for a fast‑growing global SaaS platform, working closely with the sales team to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating qualified sales leads.
• Research and identify new potential customers and accounts across target enterprise segments.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects' onboarding processes and needs.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and refine the sales playbook and technology stack.
• Educate and nurture leads via phone calls, emails and other outreach methods.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple contacts at various organizational levels.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset focused on meeting lead generation targets.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify high‑potential enterprise accounts.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound prospecting (phone, email) and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales processes and enterprise sales cycles.
