Sales Development Representative

About the role

Mubasher is building AI‑powered voice agents that answer restaurant calls, take orders in Arabic and English, and help restaurants capture missed phone orders. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to open doors, demo the solution, and close early customers across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to restaurant owners, café operators, and hospitality businesses.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase AI voice ordering capabilities.
• Build and maintain in‑person relationships to drive the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close deals, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the local team to adapt the offering to the Saudi restaurant market.

Required profile

• Comfortable selling to restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses.
• Strong at outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building.
• Fluent in Arabic and comfortable communicating in English.
• Passionate about AI, startups, and building a product from the ground up.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with a solid understanding of the local restaurant market.
• Experience in SaaS, POS, food delivery, restaurant tech, or B2B sales is a strong plus.
