About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Reach’s commercial engine in Saudi Arabia. The role is fully remote and focuses on opening conversations with senior decision‑makers in enterprise and government organisations, using a proven messaging framework and ideal customer profile.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to a target list of KSA enterprise and government accounts.
- Personalise each outreach using account research, Reach’s messaging framework and the prospect’s “job to be done”.
- Qualify prospects on first contact and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM (HubSpot) and share insights with the commercial, marketing and revenue‑operations teams.
- Monitor the performance of messages and channels and provide feedback to improve the go‑to‑market strategy.
- Adopt and apply Reach’s Eight‑pillar GTM framework in every conversation.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in sales, business development or a related commercial role (internships or graduate programmes count).
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or IT (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with the Saudi enterprise and government landscape, including Vision 2030 priorities.
- Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfort with digital outreach tools and basic account research.
